Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the check-in date, less 3.5% of the total reservation amount to cover the processing fee.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Rates
Rates are per night based on standard occupancy and are subject to local taxes. Availability and rates for specific dates can be viewed by clicking on the Book Now link. Your room is reserved once payment is received.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in begins at 5:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out time is 11:00am. Before arrival, guests will receive an access code for the electronic door lock, along with parking details and room location. If you need assistance during check-in, please contact us.
Smoke-Free Homes
All homes are non-smoking. A $750.00 cleaning surcharge will be imposed for any smoking inside the property.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. We are family-friendly and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Violations will result in a $100 fine per incident.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents happen, guests are financially responsible for damage caused by gross negligence.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly and be considerate of others.
Pets & Service Animals
Our homes are pet-free. Service animals are accepted under the following restrictions:
- Guests bringing a service animal must inform us upon booking.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the property at any time.
- Dogs are permitted on porches and exterior areas of the home and must remain on a leash.
