Our Story
Bernie and his wife Courtney began by converting a long‑term rental in their hometown into a short‑term stay, personally handling guest support, cleaning, and maintenance. Encouraged by the response, they turned their side project into a full‑time business focused on high‑quality accommodations and great value. They grew by partnering with property owners as co‑hosts and building a reliable team. Today, a team of eight manages 20–40 properties while keeping service and guest experience at the center of everything we do.
